Terms of Service

1. Services

DigitalFix provides computer repair, custom PC build, website design, web hosting, IT support, and networking services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary from the initial quote if the scope of work changes during service delivery. You will be notified of any changes before additional work is performed.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service for one-time jobs. Monthly services (hosting, IT plans) are billed in advance. We accept cash, e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

4. Warranty

All hardware repairs carry a 90-day labour warranty. If the same fault reoccurs within 90 days due to our workmanship, we will remedy it at no charge. This warranty does not cover new faults, physical damage, or software issues unrelated to the original repair.

5. Data & Backups

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data during repairs, DigitalFix is not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up all data before any service.

6. Website & Hosting Services

Websites remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. DigitalFix retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalFix's liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
