Do you charge for diagnostics?
No — diagnostics are always free. We'll tell you exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost before we do anything.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is due on completion of service.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes — all repairs carry a 90-day labour warranty. Same issue within 90 days? We fix it at no charge.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes, for networking, IT support and some hardware repairs we come to you within the GTA. A travel fee may apply outside Toronto.
Can I see a quote before committing?
Absolutely. We provide a written quote for all project work before you approve anything.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects (website builds, custom PCs), we offer 50% deposit / 50% on completion. Ask us about payment plans.
How long does a website take to build?
Starter sites: 5–7 days. Business sites: 7–14 days. E-commerce: 14–21 days. All timelines assume prompt feedback.
